IIS7 Native plugin - When/how to Alpha/Beta test it?

Thanks to all for responding.  

Unless people need something this week (and I know that Unicon don't), I'd like to run one more smoke test against Server8 (potentially updating the documentation as I go) and then I'll follow up here (early next week I hope) with a location for the kit.

The documentation as it currently stands is here [1].  It assumes knowledge of the current (ISAPI) plugin and probably demonstrates my lack of knowledge of IIS from a deployer's POV.   I'll willingly take input on that too.
