IIS7 Native plugin. Where to document..

Again, mostly for Scott,

I am going to have to document the difference to/value add over the old ISAPI (IIS6) plugin.  Also, as  I am going through playing
with the Installer there are a few tricks that I am discovering (like the GUI may not cut it for de-configuring the old plugin - go
figure).

Any suggestions as where to place this?  Either now or in the future.  I can of course start in my own Space....

Of course this opens the can of worms marked "new Space for SP 3.0".....
