I don't use either one, but I actually thought the content was a per-user setting rather than global. It doesn't appear that's true, so it doesn't bother me anyway to change it.

If you mean actually restore the old theme, unfortunately they claim it's been dropped. It still seems to work to me, but I wasn't going to push my luck.
