GÉANT OIDC -plugin first alpha

Hello, 


The first tagged version of GÉANT Shibboleth OIDC plugin has just been created to the following repository: 


https://github.com/CSCfi/shibboleth-idp-oidc-extension/releases/tag/v0.5.0a 


Consider this as an early alpha version that can be used for testing some of the upcoming OIDC protocol support extension features. 


The release notes contains documentation for installation and supported features. In short, this version offers partial implementations of the OIDC authentication with implicit flow and dynamic client registration flow. 


We welcome all feedback regarding for instance configuration logic, documentation, OIDC conformance, etc.
