ResultCache expireAfterAccess default?

I noticed after somebody asked me that the default on the old ResultCache TTL setting and the newly named setting is 4 hours. That seems...extreme. I tend to think of this more as a 10-15 minutes sort of thing, otherwise you're basically turning the IdP heap into an in-memory database of out of date information if your data sources are real time (and if they're not, you should just load the data into MySQL like I do).

Since we renamed the setting, we could have a new dedicated default on that and just lower it, right?
