Just some thoughts : our existing consent UI may not have interesting
metrics to gather besides time spent on the page or a counter of the
various expiration options. But just being able to gather any would be
a first step. I recall research work/papers being done on consent UX.
If the consent experience was richer/informed, it might be fun to
compare data from either side of the pond.
