No, it's in the parent-v3 POM. Your copy is stale, I would imagine. Maven doesn't do well with that sort of thing from what I've noticed, it doesn't seem to know it needs to get updated parent information and falls out of sync.

I suppose we may want to stop using snapshot versions for the parent-v3 POM and just start frequently updating and tagging it every time we add or update things. That might make the behavior a bit more predictable downstream.
