Test report for 3.3.0-SNAPSHOT

I did some testing of 3.3.0-SNAPSHOT and can confirm that
I've been able to upgrade a 3.2.1 deployment without problems.
I mainly focused on the compatibility of the existing configuration.
I haven't yet run 3.3.0-SNAPSHOT for a longer time and haven't
explicitly tested special features.

I did the following:
- Take a running 3.2.1 deployment with a configuration that is
  common in the Swiss federation (based on Tomcat 7 and OpenJDK 7).
- Take the latest build (3.3.0-20161104.063153-316).
- Do an upgrade.
- Restart Tomcat.
- Test Password login, X.509 TLS client login and User Consent.

Result:
The Shibboleth IdP 3.3.0-SNAPSHOT starts without problems and runs
with the existing configuration of 3.2.1. No errors occured.
Password login works as before. TLS client certificate authentication
(X.509) works as before. User Consent works as before.
