A note for people who have provided language support for EDS

In the next few weeks we will be cranking a new release of the EDS (1.2).

This includes the ability to configure the EDS to allow user to select that
from now on they will not see the dialog (for a certain number of days)

In order to configure this in an existing deployment the deployer needs to
make changes to the language file.  New deployments will (currently) only
get "en" messages.

If you have previously provided language files for the idp (de, ja, pt-br)
and would like to contribute again can you provide these translations as an
note on to EDS-73?
