Which view is it that's doing this? logout, or logout-propagate?

Seems likely relevant whether it's a view-state or an end-state. The end-state use of views was very suspect to me because of the inconsistencies, and I'm wondering if we want to back those off to view-states and have an iframe handle the final state completion since logout is so iframe heavy anyway.
