OpenSAML v3 SOAP examples

Looks like Brent needs to enable anonymous access to his personal
repository via :

 ssh git at git.shibboleth.net perms putmanb/soap-client-examples + READERS daemon

so that anyone can check out via

 git clone https://git.shibboleth.net/git/putmanb/soap-client-examples

but until he does so, no go.
