gitolite commit browse URLs

When a commit is pushed to one of the gitweb-viewable git repositories (the ones you can see at http://git.shibboleth.net/view/) you should now find that the e-mail sent to the commits list includes a URL you can use to browse the commit.

We're now running git-multimail 1.3.1.
