Rod, I'm okay with the nothing option, are you ?

(If so, I will need to ask Ian to rename the git repo and I'll need to rejigger some Jenkins jobs.

The Maven coordinates would change too, because I used n.s.idp.example as the groupId in an effort to keep the Servlet container artifacts separate from the IdP itself. Not a big deal.)
