IDP-1004 and @Duration

Any other bids on this?  I'm hearing that 

 - Scott and I have a minor preference for @DurationSetter
 - Ian has a slightly stronger preference for @Duration and Scott doesn't
mind.

Absent any other input I'll go with @DurationSetter, although both either
Scott or I "care that much".  Ian: Do you care that much?  Anyone else?
