The problem is that ECP isn't browser. There's no page to display errors on. Once the login flow terminates badly, the IdP will try and find another to run, and if it can't do that, the error that results is the NoPotentialFlow event. So at the end, that is always what pops out. There just isn't anything else, not without code changes.
