Or even the final build?  That machine a pretty isolated and should be
"trustworthy" for a build.

It shouldn't be hard. - it's all bundled up into a couple of bat files.  You
will need gpg & WiX installed and that’s about it.  You also need to trust a
series of random (not available from the website) signatures for the signing
of Jetty, which worries me but not them.

Much harder, for a start we'd need another target.  And do we want to test
installs from fresh or upgrades?  I tend to  rely on VMWare snapshots a lot
in development.
