Automate IdPv3 Windows Installer build/deploy via Jenkins ?

Should I spend time attempting to automate builds of the IdPv3 Windows Installer via Jenkins ? I have only glanced at the docs, not sure if it is even possible. If so, when do we want that ? And again if so, we could probably break the task into phases.

The goal here would be to deploy Windows Installer snapshots like we do for idp-distribution as betas/RCs for pre-release testing or early-access.
