I'm not Ian (I don't even play him on TV) although I can say that UK
federation did not have a rule for this in
https://github.com/ukf/ukf-meta/blob/master/mdx/_rules/check_mdui.xsl.
I've therefore put a patch in place before our next metadata aggregation
/ signing run.
