You are correct of course.  I had checked out the projects but not imported
the parents…

It appears that the import catalog extension is there ate least in "Juno"
(Is that 4.2?).

That makes the whole documentation task  easier.  I'll try to get to it
today.  Then, subject to review, I think that I can declare that page up to
date (just in time for us to flip to IntelliJ - I do hope that is feasible I
do not have Scott's eloquence on the matter, but I do not have a great
fondness for Eclipse).
