That was going to be my question.  I guess the CDS is out of maintenance
really soon so "ASAP".

I just reviewed my notes
(https://wiki.shibboleth.net/confluence/display/DEV/CDSV3).  There's not a
lot to do: "'Learn MDC, write the CDS, document.  Done".  But based on the
amount of hours I have had available since last May I'd want to allow 4
months for an unrushed, quality job (I only want to do this once).  Add 1
month stabilization and the contract ending end-August that's drop dead end
March.  So let's say mid Feb to allow for slippage..

Is that too aggressive?
