IDP 3 Source

Hi,

I’ve read over https://wiki.shibboleth.net/confluence/display/DEV/Source+Code+Access and understand that source is kinda in migration right now from SVN to Git.  I assume the V3 of the IDP source is in the project java-identiy-provider, but when i try to check out from SVN its requesting a username and password.  Am I looking in the correct location?
