How to reload a metadata provider ?

I'm wrong. Thanks for being right. Sorry for the noise.

I was calling "reload-service --service ..." instead of
"reload-metadata --provider ...". Duh.

So ... maybe something should be added to the wiki, like "how to
reload a metadata provider". I can add something, just not sure
how/where exactly. Sometimes I think the IdPs reloadability is
overlooked/misunderstood, but I don't have any data.
