3.3-plan wiki label ?

Scott,

Not pressing, but what do the 3.3-plan and 3.3-defer labels mean in
JIRA ? I'd like to mark a couple of consent issues as "slated for the
next release" which I assume is 3.3-plan. I assume 3.3-defer means "if
we have time". And are those labels what you used to generate the 3.3
work plan/roadmap[1] ?
