utilities/* sub-repositories have graduated to Git

Conversion of all the sub-repositories in the Subversion "utilities" repository has been completed.

The corresponding new Git repositories are as follows:

	ant-extensions
	changepass
	cpp-log4shib
	java-support
	jetty7-dta-ssl
	jetty9-dta-ssl
	spring-extensions
	tomcat6-dta-ssl
	trustany-ssl
	xmlsectool

All of these are available through the usual anonymous and authenticated access methods. All but "changepass" are visible in gitweb.
