Not being Daniel, but nevertheless: I'm quite surprised to see the
column names change with this edit (all being prefixed with "record_").

The edit comment says "adjusted column names in sample DDL to match
orm.xml", but this would mean that adding a custom orm.xml [1] file
would be mandatory for IdP v3 deployments with a JPA Storage
configuration. That doesn't make sense to me (not to speak of upgrade
issues / backward compatibility with existing setups).

(note that it says "If you need to alter the database schema...", but I
see no reason to do so, generally speaking)
