Update hibernate-entitymanager 4.3.5.Final -> 4.3.11.Final ?

Seems pretty clear cut. They removed methods in a patch release? Wet fish across the face.

I don't think we can update libraries if they do that without a specific justification. Perhaps a not as current version would be compatible though?
