migrate to openSAML 3

I am trying to migrate a piece of software from openSAML 2.6.5  to openSAML 3.1.1.
I found the new packages of most of the classes, but I am still searching for three classes.

org.opensaml.ws.transport.http.HTTPTransportUtils                  method getRawQueryStringParameter
org.opensaml.xml.security.SecurityHelper                                method getAlgorithmIDFromURI
org.opensaml.xml.security.keyinfo.KeyInfoHelper                     method getCertificates and getPublicKeys

Can anybody give me a hint where these classes or the functionality of the used methods can be found in openSAML 3?
