I wouldn't have thought we would need to.  But what would I know.

No, I meant a release tweak (from java 8.1_U56 to java 8.1_U57).  That’s a
patch change (of the compiler).  Should we care as much as a change from
Xerces 1.2.4 to 1.2.5?  I guess that there is a lot of trust that Oracle
won't break things. 

(Aside: there used to be a rule and may still be in the avionics space that
the tools used in an aircraft design and their compilers had to be archived
for an improbably long period of time, anyone for Borland Pascal? Or ThreeL
C for the Transputer?)
