Unlock opensaml-parent ?

Not exactly sure, should I unlock opensaml-parent ?

Right now, opensaml-parent's parent is parent-v3:8, but with changes to checkstyle.configLocation in parent-v3:TRUNK-SNAPSHOT, I think technically opensaml-parent’s parent should be parent-v3:TRUNK-SNAPSHOT, but since that property is overriden anyway there is no material change.

I have not reviewed changes to parent-v3:TRUNK-SNAPSHOT from version 8 to see if there is another reason to unlock opensaml-parent, but pending that I guess I’ll leave opensaml-parent locked. But it seems like we should unlock it for the upcoming release, in general.
