Removing Dead/Orphaned pages from the wiki

Nate has just pointed me at a whole tree of pages (7 of them) which date
from when  Iwas trying to get a format together for formally documenting the
Attribute filters.

This content has now all be inserted into the regular documentation.  I've
marked the pages with a NOTE saying "stale page go" and a pointer to the
real documentation.

I know it's not the wiki way to delete non spam pages, but this really does
feel like a case when deletion is much better than keeping?

licyGroup but a serach of IdPXML will throw up (just) those pages.
