Stripping trailing slash from %{idp.home} in the installer...

Scott mentioned on the call that stripping the slash is something which
could be done in the installer, and it made me go back to the sources.

Since idp.home is set when the container is started, it's really only the
Windows installer (which configures a container) which is affected and it
has been stripping slashes since forever.  As I recall I added this because
the browser widget which the Windows Installer program uses always adds a
trailing [back] slash...

I don't see that there is any more work that the (ant) installer can do with
respect to this ?
