How to schedule IdP 3.2.0 ?

I don't see freezing by next week right now. I have to test the new persistent ID code and figure out what that transition looks like, and I still have all of the SPNEGO code to finalize and add, and we don't have a final code drop of that yet. I asked Daniel Lutz to try and shoot for the end of this week. They'll need to help test the final product, so I think we're looking at a few weeks yet.

We also have two new issues to correct, Daniel opened one and I noticed the other last night and reopened an issue on it.
