I have decided to build a Vagrant image to help Daniel test the PG wait
issue mentioned on the list recently. It occurs to me that this approach
could be generally useful for spinning up various configurations for
development and testing. Testing various combinations of authentication and
storage engines comes to mind immediately, as well as a convenient testbed
for playing with new versions of Jetty. Is there any interest in exploring
this approach more generally to deal with various configuration
environments? Vagrant makes it incredibly convenient for building
reproducible VMs with just a handful of text configuration files that are
intended to be source controlled.
