Shibbolizing cas server with IdP 3.0

Hello,
  Now that IdP 3.0 comes with the CAS server, how would shibbolizing CAS server work?  Will it be the way as described in the document
https://wiki.shibboleth.net/confluence/display/SHIB2/Shibbolize+a+CAS+server
or is there another way to do it?
