Yes.  We don't provide (at the moment) a single tar or zip download of
OpenSAML 3 b/c it's a Maven multi-module project so there are ~ couple
dozen jars.  Most people these days are probably using Maven or Gradle
or something else that can pull from a repo, so it hasn't really been a
high priority.  If you're not using some sort of dependency management
in your project, you can just pull the individual jars straight from
Nexus.  (But Maven etc will make your life much easier....)

In case you didn't find your way to the "latest" page on the web site,
it has a little more text:
