Shouldn't need to be deferred, it's not much work for me to get this done today, but just to confirm this assumption, should these records be output under any circumstances other than a successful SAML SSO login? I'm assuming not, since they don't include any status information.

You won't need any of the audit wiring for this to work (but I'm keeping the hashed username field there as an option for people to help correlate between the logs).

The properties should be the same though.
