Unmarshalling saml metadata extensions

Hi Brent,

Thank you for pointing out that my Extensions are in wrong place. I was
confused with a sample that I have found in internet.

As you have mentioned I registered with the element name and type name. But
still the result is same. Any suggestion where should I look for the
problem?
