I have no idea what you're asking me for, so no, I guess not.

If you want metadata examples, there are many all over the place. InCommon's metadata for example.

What extensions? With what purpose? In what location? Different extension mechanisms behave in different ways.

I told you what a Condition extension looked like. I don't see what that has to do with metadata, there are no conditions in metadata.
