Scott,

The Gluu Server is a lot easier to install than it used to be. We can 
spool up a new Gluu Server, with a Shib IDP, oxAuth, oxTrust + LDAP in 
about 10 minutes.

Although we're moving to docker for clustered deployments, chroot'd 
still seems easiest for single server deployments.

BTW, we're planning to upgrade to Shib IDP 3 very soon. Looking forward 
to remove the CAS war deployment from the Gluu Server :)
