Given that we are in the developers list, I wonder whether the
java-idp-testbed might be of use.  I have never even thought of running it
outwith my development environment, but if you are a developer and willing
to much into mvn and so forth it could be your easiest bet.  The nice thing
is that it comes with a canned LDAP so you have a user with attributes you
can test with.

If you are not a developer, forget I mentioned it.
