Shib IdP V3 implements type saml:EntityAttributeExactMatch while Shib
IdP v2.3.4 (and higher) implements type
saml:AttributeRequesterEntityAttributeExactMatch. Is V3 backward
compatible with V2, that is, will Shib IdP V3 work with the latter as
well?
