3.1.0 release schedule suggestion

Is this still the plan, given you wanted the 24 hour consent expiry
testing on the shibboleth.net IdP?

If so, that's fine I think for me, I'm pretty free Monday.  What do you
mean by "late"? Late afternoon/early evening, or even later?  I'm a
confirmed night owl, so my definition of late may vary from yours. :-)
