It's still there, available and running; just checked. That particular URL returns a 400, but the actual service URLs underneath do not, e.g.:

	http://md.iay.org.uk/global/entities/urn:mace:incommon:osu.edu

Yep. We know that my deployment is not 100% reliable, due to domestic ADSL flakiness and other things on that physical machine being busy.

If you're interested enough in fixing this, I could point you at the things you'd need to put a static deployment on shibboleth.net. It's a Spring Boot application, so pretty simple to set up.
