I don't think we're waiting on anything. I don't see us bottoming out the damn HTTP caching mess in two weeks even, so probably just needs to wait.

I think we probably should merge back the change I just checked in to add a non-caching HTTP client bean into global-system so we can have people that are seeing the bug help debug/isolate it by bypassing that code.
