It's worse than I thought. I would have sworn that I had documented that
the ticket store required server-side storage, but I can't find any mention
of it. I'll add a section that discusses ticket and session store
requirements on the CAS protocol page. There are also HA considerations
that could be discussed, though I don't know that we want to pollute the
Clustering page with protocol-specific considerations. Thoughts where to
document that?
