Building SP from source on Windows with VS2010 missing Versions.props and Includes.props

I am trying to build the latest (2.5.4) release of SP from source using VS2010. This is just to enable me to debug something in the ISAPI filter which does not appear to be working correctly...

However, I am getting totally stuck because some of the project files in the 2.5.4 svn tag contain references to two other property files - Versions.props and Includes.Props. These files however are nowhere to be found as far as I can see in the SVN repository.

Where are these files? If I need to create them, what should they contain?
