That's actually the case specifically in SAML where lookup by endpoint is 
needed. You can just treat it as a SourceID for convenience (and I did), 
but a type 2 SAML 1 Artifact has the artifact endpoint URL inside it 
rather than an opaque ID.

Given other use cases, I guess we might not do that here, and build 
something more generically able to index by and lookup by endpoint type 
and location or location matching criteria.
