I'd support that.  I don't think that the SVN resource has seen any changes
since it was commissioned.  If we have a problem reported the poor sucker
who gets to fix it will have to stand up an SVN server.

Slightly more subtle is that the HTTP tests also use the repository to test
themselves.  So we need to either stand up a standalone webserver in the
test (needless) or dedicate a hidden part of our web server to provide these
files.  For obvious reasons I'd be unwilling to stop testing HTTP
connectivity.

I'll enter an INFRA case for that and initially assign it to myself until I
have located where all the HTTP resources are in the tests.
