Carrying over from the user list:

The issue here is that

Ends up calling the second constructor to RelyingPartyIdPredicate
(http://tinyurl.com/q4dx949)

With the injected predicate being the google ALWAYS_FALSE.

Any ideas or shall I start spelunking?
