The converted preview only gets updated manually. I've just pushed a new version. Note that you'll probably need to re-clone to make everything make sense as there have been some structural changes. If you are trying to work on top of these repositories (which I don't advise) then you'll need to record and replay your own changes somehow.

Rod has reviewed those for me, and I will be working through them and removing most of them in the next few days.
"emptycommit" tags are the results of anything in Subversion which ends up being an empty commit in Git. For example, a Subversion revision which only creates a directory ends up being an emptycommit-nnnn where nnnn is the Subversion revision.
